Finding creators used to be your job: scout them somewhere else, invite them one by one. Now they come to you. The creator marketplace has finished its gradual rollout and is on for every workspace.
- Post a job, receive applications: publish a job and creators who signed up to the viral.app marketplace can apply. Review and reply under Jobs → Applications.
- Judge work, not promises: every application carries the creator's full profile — portfolio videos, connected accounts, languages, and location.
- Chat on both sides: message applicants before you hire and keep the conversation going after, in Creator Hub → Chat.
- Creators join on their own: anyone can sign up as a creator, build a profile, and apply to jobs matched to their country and languages — payouts included. Creators you've invited to your workspace stay private — they're only discoverable if they join the marketplace themselves.
