Paid the way they want
Creators pick bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, USDC or EURC when they claim. Bank transfers in EUR, CHF or GBP, US ACH and stablecoins on Base are free for them, and another currency is converted at the rate shown before they confirm.

Creator payout questions
Each payout carries a flat 3% payout management fee, paid by you on top of the payout and separate from your plan. None of it is deducted from the creator. Topping up your wallet by bank transfer is free, and there is no conversion fee on your side. Plans come with a 7-day free trial.
They never pay any part of the 3%. Depending on the method they pick, a method fee can apply: bank transfers in EUR, CHF or GBP, US ACH, UK local transfers and stablecoins on Base are free, while PayPal, Venmo, US wires, SWIFT and IBAN transfers in other currencies carry a fee. The claim page shows the fee and the amount they receive before they confirm.
Creators in more than 180 countries can be paid. They choose bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, USDC or EURC when they claim, and the claim page only offers methods that work for their country and bank. Your campaign pays in USD, EUR, CHF or GBP, and if a creator receives another currency, the claim page shows the exchange rate first.
It depends on the method they pick. After a creator claims, stablecoins usually arrive within minutes, PayPal and Venmo within about an hour, SEPA and UK bank transfers in 1 to 2 business days, US ACH in 1 to 3 business days, and SWIFT transfers in up to 3 to 5 business days. Bank transfers only move on business days.
Every completed payout has two invoices: a sender invoice for you and a recipient invoice for the creator. Our payout partner issues the creator's invoice in their name (self-billing), so creators don't have to write one. You download both from the payout in the Paid tab.

Yes. A custom payout pays a creator any amount no campaign rule produced, such as a bonus or a correction, and a video payout pays specific videos at terms of their own. Both can count toward a campaign's spend and go through the same approval as every other payout.
Not for creators you invite yourself: if you paid one of them another way, Mark as Paid records the payment so your payout history stays complete. Creators you hire from the Canvas UGC marketplace are always paid through the integrated payout system.
An owner or admin connects the payout system once. Your company then completes a one-time business verification, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and the owner of your payout team sets a daily allowance. You fund the wallet by bank transfer from an account in your company's name; top-ups are free and usually arrive within about 24 hours. After that, workspace members, admins and owners can prepare payouts, and a person on your payout team approves each one.
