Export TikTok Comments to CSV
Paste the link to a public TikTok video and the exporter downloads its first 100 public comments as a CSV file. Every row has the comment, whether it reads positive, neutral or negative, its likes and replies, when it was posted, the commenter's username and, when TikTok provides it, the country of the commenter's account. Before you download, the page shows the video, the sentiment split and the comments, which you can filter by sentiment, country, likes or replies.
It is free and needs no account, no TikTok login and no browser extension.
Any public video URL
Full tiktok.com links and short vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com links from the share button both work.
Filter before you download
Narrow the comments by sentiment, country, likes or replies, or search them. The CSV then has exactly those.
Opens cleanly in Excel
The CSV is UTF-8 with a byte order mark, so emoji and non-Latin scripts display correctly.
What Is in the CSV
The export is built for audience and content research, so it carries only the fields that research needs: no display names, profile photos or bios.
How to Export Comments From a TikTok Video
Copy the video link
In the TikTok app, tap Share and then Copy link. On desktop, copy the URL from the address bar.
Paste it and export
The exporter reads the video's public comments. A new video takes up to a minute. A video that was exported or analyzed in the last 30 days loads right away.
Preview and download
Check the first 10 comments in the preview, then download the CSV and open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
What You Can Do With Exported Comments
- Collect the questions and objections under a viral video and turn them into your next creator brief.
- Compare what viewers ask under your videos with what they ask under a competitor's, as part of a TikTok competitor analysis.
- Filter the negative comments and sort them by likes to find the objections other viewers agree with.
- Check which countries the commenters come from with the free TikTok Audience Analytics tool, which reads the same comments and maps them.
Limits
- 100 comments per video. The export has the first 100 public comments in TikTok's default order. Replies are counted in the Replies column but not exported as rows.
- 3 new videos per day. Exporting a video that was exported or analyzed in the last 30 days does not count toward the limit.
- 30-day snapshot. An export is kept for 30 days, so exporting the same video again within that time returns the same comments.
- Public videos only. Private accounts, private videos and comments TikTok does not show publicly are not included.
