Getting started as a creator

Register, complete onboarding, apply to brand campaigns, and wait for the email that confirms a match.

The viral.app creator platform is where UGC creators join campaigns from brands that need short-form content. Start at creators.viral.app when you want to create a creator profile, share the kind of content you make, and apply to open brand campaigns.

Most creators use the platform in four steps:

  1. Register for a creator account.
  2. Complete the onboarding form.
  3. Apply to brand campaigns that fit your profile.
  4. Wait for the email that tells you a brand campaign matched with you.

1. Register for the creator platform

Create your account on creators.viral.app and use an email address you check often. Match emails, campaign updates, and payout notifications are sent there.

The creator platform is built for UGC work. Some campaigns ask for content on a fresh brand or ambassador account instead of your personal profile, so follower count is not always the main requirement. The campaign brief explains what the brand needs before you create anything.

The onboarding flow explains how the creator program works before asking for your profile details.

2. Complete the onboarding form

The onboarding form helps viral.app understand your niche, content style, preferred platforms, and campaign fit. Complete each step with accurate information. Better profile data makes it easier to match you with the right brand opportunities.

During onboarding, be ready to share:

  • The platforms you can create for, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
  • The type of content you are comfortable making.
  • Any experience with UGC, editing, short-form hooks, or app/product demos.
  • Your contact details for campaign emails.

3. Apply to brands

After onboarding, use the dashboard to review campaigns that are open for applications. Each campaign card shows the brand name and a payout range or payout model when that information is available.

Open the campaigns that fit your style, read the requirements, and apply only when you can create the requested content. A smaller number of serious applications is better than applying to everything.

The creator dashboard shows matching campaigns and sends you to the application flow.

4. Wait for the email

After you apply, viral.app screens your profile against the brand campaign. If there is a match, you get an email with the next step. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder, especially after applying to a new campaign.

Do not start creating campaign content until you have the campaign details, posting instructions, and any brand-specific requirements. If a campaign needs a fresh ambassador account, product credentials, hashtags, or approval steps, those instructions come with the match.
