Invited creators see one tab
If a brand invited you, your profile has only the Personal tab. The Discovery and Portfolio tabs belong to the marketplace.
Your creator profile
What brands see when you apply, how featured accounts and videos are checked, and what gets your profile to 100%.
Your profile is what a brand reviews before it hires you: your niches, formats, capacity, and best work. Open Profile in the sidebar; the ring next to it fills up as you complete it.
The three tabs
- Personal: your name, birth date, gender, address, phone number, and photo. Brands see your email, phone number, and address only after they accept you.
- Discovery: your marketplace profile. Niches, content formats, UGC experience, platforms, languages, AI content, weekly capacity, and education.
- Portfolio: up to 20 featured accounts and up to 10 featured videos.
Featured accounts and videos
Add an account by platform and handle, and mark it as a personal account or a UGC / ambassador account. Add a video by pasting its link. viral.app checks each new one once, so the label next to it tells you where it stands:
You can run 30 checks a day, shared between accounts, videos, and refreshes. Feature the videos that show what a brand would get: a strong hook, a product on screen, a clear payoff.
Featured accounts are your showcase. They are not the accounts a brand pays you for: each brand picks the accounts it tracks after it hires you. See Post videos that count.
Get to 100%
The percentage counts your personal details, every Discovery answer, and at least one featured account and one featured video. The marketplace opens as soon as your country, birth date, and languages are in, but brands rank complete profiles higher.

Common questions
Who can see my profile?
Brands you apply to, and brands with an open job that you match. They see your Discovery answers and portfolio. Your email, phone number, and address stay private until a brand accepts you.
Why does a check keep failing?
Make sure the account is public and the handle or link is right. If you've used today's 30 checks, the app tells you when you can try again.
I don't have good videos yet
Start with Build a UGC portfolio from zero, and look for formats to copy in the viral video library.
