Sign up as a creator
Create a free creator account, finish the marketplace onboarding, and fix it if you signed up as a brand by mistake.
Create your account on the creator sign-up page, then answer a few questions about you and your content. Your answers decide which jobs you see in the marketplace, and you can change all of them later.

Continue with Google, or enter your name and email address and click Create Account. viral.app sends you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code; use either one. There is no password. Later you sign in with Google, a passkey, or your email.
Use an email address you check every day. Job offers, application updates, unread chat messages, and payout emails all go there.
Answer the onboarding questions
Each step saves as you go. If you leave, you pick up at the first unanswered step next time.
The last step checks that every required answer is there. If something is missing, click Fix missing info. Once it passes, your profile is live and the marketplace opens: choose Go to my dashboard or Browse jobs.
Be honest about capacity and AI content. Brands filter on them, and a job you can't keep up with costs you more than one you skip.

One email address is either a brand or a creator account. Still in the brand setup? Click I'm a creator at the top of the page. Already finished it? See Switch from a brand account.
Common questions
Do I need followers?
No. Brands judge your videos, not your audience. Many jobs, especially Canvas UGC jobs, ask you to post from a fresh account made for the brand.
Is it free?
Yes. Creators never pay for viral.app, and viral.app takes no cut of what brands pay you.
Can I join if I'm under 18?
No. Creators need to be 18 or older to join the marketplace or work with a brand on viral.app.
Can I change my answers later?
Yes. Everything from onboarding lives on your profile, where you can edit it any time.
