Job posting lives under Jobs in Creator Hub. Pick one of four job types: Canvas UGC, Influencer, UGC Ads, or Creator Manager. Set your terms and publish. Job listings are unlimited on every plan, so posting a job costs nothing beyond the subscription you already have.
Published jobs appear on the marketplace job board, where creators see listings matched to their country and languages.
Applications land under Jobs → Applications. Every application carries the creator's full profile: portfolio videos, connected social accounts, languages, and location.
That changes how you evaluate. Instead of weighing a pitch message, you watch the work a creator has published. Judge work, not promises.
Move any applicant into a conversation in Creator Hub → Chat. Negotiate rates, ask questions, and if you want to meet the person before the deal, send a cal link for a quick call. The conversation does not end at hiring: the same chat carries you through onboarding the creator into your campaigns and everything that comes after.
On contracts: a platform-native contract builder based on your campaign terms is coming. Until then, use your own contracts and share them in chat.
Marketplace hires are paid through the integrated payout system. You verify your business once, then every payment to every hire is a click.

Sign up as a creator, build your profile, and apply to jobs matched to your country and languages. When a brand accepts your application, the conversation continues in chat, and you claim your payouts in the dashboard. The more complete your profile, with portfolio videos and connected accounts, the easier it is for a brand to say yes.
If you have invited creators to your own workspace, they stay private. They do not appear on the marketplace and other brands cannot discover them. A creator only becomes visible on the marketplace by joining it themselves.
Job listings and applicants are unlimited on every plan. Plan limits apply to active creators, meaning the creators you work with, not the applications you receive:
You can publish ten listings, collect every application they attract, and none of it counts against your limit until you start working with someone.
The marketplace is in public beta, and we are treating it that way. Creator onboarding started at launch, and the network is growing toward 10,000+ creators. Matching and ranking improvements ship over the coming weeks, along with the contract builder mentioned above.
