Ask the viral.app Copilot about your accounts, videos, creators, campaigns, and payouts, and let it do the busywork with your approval.
The Copilot is an AI assistant that works inside your workspace. It answers from your live data instead of giving generic advice, and it can change things for you once you approve. Open it from the Copilot button in the sidebar or press ⌘I (Ctrl+I on Windows).

If you are not sure where a setting lives, how a number is calculated, or how to set something up,
ask the Copilot first. It knows this documentation and your workspace, and it will point you to
the right page or do the setup with you.
What it can do
The Copilot has tools for nearly every part of viral.app. It is useful for:
Analytics and reporting: top videos and accounts, gains over any period, views by country, comparisons between weeks, creators, or campaigns. Answers come back as charts, tables, and playable video cards.
Viral research: search the viral video library for what works in your niche, find similar videos, and get the AI breakdown of a video's hook and format.
Watching your videos: it can watch one of your tracked videos and score the hook, explain why it flopped, or find the pattern across your top three.
Live lookups: pull a public account, its recent videos, or the comments under a post, including competitors you do not track.
Tracking and tags: add accounts and videos to tracking, suggest tags, and set up tag workflows.
Creator Hub: campaign health, creator scorecards, applications and chat, payout previews, and what is due.
Briefs: write a creator brief from a few questions, or find sample videos for an existing one. See Briefs.
Web pages and files: read a website or app store page you link to, and work with CSV files or images you attach (up to 10 MB each).
Ask in your own language. The Copilot answers in the language you write in.
Approvals and credits
Reading data never needs a confirmation. Anything that changes organization data or spends credits pauses first and shows you what it wants to do. You choose Allow, Deny, or Always allow for that tool. Saved decisions live under Approvals in Copilot Settings, where you can remove them again.
Copilot chat is metered per turn from actual model usage. Video analysis and live lookups have fixed prices, listed under Extra credits. When your included credits are used up and overage billing is off, the Copilot pauses until the next billing period or until an owner or admin enables overage billing in the subscription settings.
The Copilot is in beta. It can make mistakes, so read an approval before you allow it.
Guided workflows
Two tasks come with a guided flow. Start them from the prompt library or from the product itself:
Create a creator brief: the Copilot asks where you are starting from, finds proven hooks and 3 to 5 sample videos for your niche, and writes a brief you can attach to a campaign. The Create Brief button on the Briefs page offers it as Build it with Copilot.
Find sample videos for a brief: it reads an existing brief, searches your tracked videos or the viral video library, shows candidates as cards, and attaches the ones you pick. Start it from Add Videos and then Find videos with Copilot in the brief editor.
You can leave a flow at any point. Ask for something else and the Copilot follows.
The create-brief flow starts with a short question form instead of a blank prompt.
Prompt library
Every new thread shows a carousel of featured prompts and a Browse our prompt library button. The library holds around 40 prompts in eight groups. A few from each group:
Prompts that mention your niche work it out from your tracked accounts, so you rarely have to explain your product first. Use the Prompt library button in the composer to insert a prompt into the message box and edit it before sending.
Longer tasks
A reply can only run so many steps. If a task needs more, the Copilot pauses and offers Continue, and nothing is lost in between. Tick Always continue automatically on that card to skip the pause next time. Ask it to remember something and it keeps that fact for future chats. Saved memories are listed under Memories in Copilot Settings.
Who can use it
The Copilot is available to owners, admins, members, and viewers of a workspace with an active subscription. Viewers can ask anything, including video analysis, but the Copilot cannot change data for them. On the Basic plan, only the owner can use it. Creator accounts do not see it, and in the demo organization the Copilot is read-only.
