The Apple App Store integration is deprecated and no new credentials can be added. Use the RevenueCat integration instead. It takes a few minutes to connect and covers Google Play too. Existing Apple connections keep syncing for now; contact support if you need to keep using Apple.
Apple App Store integration
Deprecated: the App Store Connect integration for installs and revenue is being replaced by RevenueCat.
The Apple integration reads sales and subscriber reports from App Store Connect and adds app installs and revenue to your analytics. It needs an App Store Connect API key with the Finance role, and it syncs twice a day on Pro plans and above. Apple publishes its reports with a delay, so the numbers in analytics typically run two to three days behind.
If you still use it
The Apple tab under Integrations only appears in workspaces that already have Apple credentials or apps. Its Credentials and Apps tabs show what is connected, when data last arrived, and when the next sync runs. On the Credentials tab, the row actions let you run a manual sync for a date range, refresh the list of apps, or delete the credential.
Move to RevenueCat
- Open RevenueCat and click Connect RevenueCat.
- Map each RevenueCat app to the project that tracks the matching creator content. Mapping starts a full-history backfill.
- Check the Analytics Overview. App Revenue and New Customers now come from RevenueCat, and Apple data is only used for days RevenueCat does not cover, so nothing is counted twice.
Once the RevenueCat backfill has finished (see Sync History on the connection), delete the Apple credential. This also removes its apps and hides the Apple tab. The RevenueCat page explains how the two data sources combine while both exist.
