API access controls whether your workspace can use API-enabled endpoints. Our API is included with all Ultra plans and above.
Historical data controls whether older creator and content performance data remains available beyond the standard recent sync window.
This matters when you need longer reporting windows, before-and-after comparisons, campaign history that goes back beyond recent posts, or paused tracked accounts whose existing videos should remain available.
Unlimited video tracking controls whether videos discovered through tracked accounts stay outside the Tracked videos meter.
This matters when your team tracks many creator accounts and wants account-level tracking limits to decide how much content stays active. See Unlimited video tracking for how it behaves inside Tracking Options.
Custom sync schedules control whether your workspace can choose tailored sync hours instead of using the default schedule.
Use them when a team needs data to refresh before recurring reporting, creator reviews, payout checks, or client updates.
Hourly sync slots let your workspace add more scheduled sync slots than your plan includes, up to one sync every hour.
Use them when daily or twice-daily refreshes are not enough for launch days, fast-moving campaigns, payout checks, or client reporting. See Refresh schedule for the tracking cadence.
Plan limits are numeric meters. They define what is included before usage becomes unavailable, capped, or billed as extra usage.
Tracked accounts are creator or brand accounts that viral.app follows over time.
This limit matters most when unlimited video tracking is enabled. In that setup, account-discovered videos stay outside the Tracked videos meter, so the number of tracked accounts controls how many accounts can feed that unlimited tracking flow.
Tracked videos are the billing meter for active tracked-video capacity.
Without unlimited video tracking, account tracking limits reserve capacity and individually tracked videos also count. See How tracking limits use plan capacity for the detailed behavior. When unlimited video tracking is enabled, this meter only counts individually tracked videos.
Active creators are creator records used in Creator Hub workflows. This limit controls how many creators your team can actively manage for campaigns, analytics, and payouts — whether you added them yourself, invited them, or hired them from the creator marketplace. A marketplace hire counts once you accept the application and the creator record is created.
Applicants are never capped: every plan includes unlimited applications to review. How many jobs may be live on the marketplace at the same time is a separate limit (1 on Pro, 2 on Ultra, 3 on Scale, set per deal on Enterprise), and only the creators you accept and actively work with count against this one.
Archive creators you no longer work with when you want to keep their history without counting them as active campaign participants.
Active jobs are the job listings that are live on the creator marketplace at the same time: 1 on Pro, 2 on Ultra, 3 on Scale, set per deal on Enterprise. The limit is checked when a job goes live (publishing a draft or resuming a paused one), never on drafts. Pausing a job frees its slot right away, and applicants on a live job stay unlimited. If you already hold more live jobs than your plan covers, they all stay live, but a job you pause can only go live again once you are back under the limit — the pause confirmation tells you how many others would have to pause first.
Creator invites are how many creators you can invite to apply to your jobs per day, across all of your jobs: 10 on Pro, 25 on Ultra, 50 on Scale, set per deal on Enterprise. Every live job lists the creators who match it under Jobs › AI Matches, ranked by fit, with no plan cap on how many you see (a list shows the top 500 by fit, refreshed nightly) or how long they stay listed — only the invitations you send out are rationed. The allowance is per workspace and per UTC day, so two live jobs on Pro share ten invites, and it resets at 00:00 UTC.
Team seats control how many people can be members of the workspace.
Invite teammates who need access to tracking, analytics, Creator Hub, billing, or API settings. Remove unused seats when people no longer need access.
Extra credits cover usage that sits outside regular scheduled tracking. Every feature listed below draws from the same credit balance:
The Subscription page shows how much of your included credits the current billing period has used, and the credit usage chart breaks consumption down over time by feature or by user — team members and API keys, with each key counted as its own user rather than under the member who created it. Usage beyond the included credits requires enabling overage billing there; without it, credit-consuming features pause once the included credits are spent, until the next billing period.

As an owner or admin, open Subscription and click More:
The Billing Email field on the Subscription page shows where billing goes. It is the workspace owner's email from when billing was set up, and it changes when ownership is transferred. Changing your own account email does not update it, so contact support if billing should go to your new address.
To send billing to someone else, for example your finance lead, make them the owner: in Members, open the menu on their row and choose Transfer Ownership. The subscription stays as it is, billing goes to the new owner's email from then on, and you stay in the workspace as an Admin. You need to sign in again afterwards. Transfer Ownership is not available while you own more than one workspace with an active subscription, or when the new owner has ever had a viral.app subscription of their own, even a canceled one; contact support in those cases.
Creator payouts run through Talentir, viral.app's integrated payout partner and Merchant of Record. Each payout carries a 3% payout management fee, charged on your side — none of it is deducted from the creator's amount. Creators only pay a method fee for some payout methods, such as international bank transfers or PayPal; see Talentir fees. In return, creator invoicing and tax compliance are handled for you, and creators claim each payout with the method they prefer, such as bank transfer or PayPal, after your one-time business verification.
