Creator payouts
Review, customize, and initiate Creator Hub payouts based on campaign rules and eligible content.
Payouts show what creators are expected to receive based on campaign assignments, eligible content, and campaign payout rules. The broader creator payments workflow covers payout methods, invoices, approval records, and finance operations.
Open Due Payouts to review payouts that are ready for action.
Understand payout tabs
Creator Hub groups payouts by status:
Upcoming: payouts that are not ready yet.Due: payouts ready for review or initiation.Canceled: payouts your team canceled.Paid: payouts that completed.
Use the zero-amount toggle when you need to show or hide payouts that calculate to zero.
Review payout timing
Payout timing depends on the campaign's payout cycle, eligibility window, and publication scope.
Videos can remain upcoming while viral.app waits for the eligibility window to close. This is common when bonuses depend on mature performance data.
If a payout is missing, confirm that the creator is assigned to the campaign, the video is tracked, the video is eligible for the campaign, and the payout period has closed.
Initiate a payout
The payout flow helps you calculate, customize, and confirm a payout before it is sent.
Use the calculation step to review how viral.app arrived at the payout amount. Use the customization step when your team needs to adjust an amount before approval. Use the review step to confirm the creator, campaign, billing period, and total.
The payout total must be greater than zero before you initiate it. Each payout also carries the provider fee described in Payout provider fees.
Approve payouts
After you initiate a payout, viral.app opens Talentir's secure approval screen in a new tab. Review the payout there and approve it — you are returned to viral.app afterwards and the payout status updates automatically.
You can also approve later from the Paid tab: use the row action for a single payout, or select multiple pending payouts and approve them together in one batch session.
The person approving must be a member of your Talentir team. Invite additional approvers from your Talentir team settings if finance or ops teammates handle approvals.
Understand provider states
After initiation, payout provider states show where the payout sits in the external payout process. Common states include created, approved, requested, completed, expired, and deleted.
Use these states to decide whether a payout needs action from your team, the creator, or the payout provider.
Creator claiming
Creators receive a claim link by email when a payout is ready for them to claim. The claiming page lets creators choose their preferred payout method when multiple methods are available.
If a creator loses the email, open the payout's row actions in the Paid tab to copy a fresh claim link or re-send the claim email. Claim links are safe to share with the creator directly — Talentir verifies the recipient before paying out.
Your team does not need to collect payout method details manually in Creator Hub.
