Creators
Add creators, connect their tracked accounts, and decide whether to invite them into the creator platform.
Creator records connect the people you work with to tracked accounts on different platforms, campaigns, analytics, and payouts.
Open Creators to add creators, review their status, and manage their campaign assignments.
Add a creator
Create a creator record before you assign the creator to campaigns or review creator-level performance. Add the creator's name, email, internal notes, and tracked accounts.
Connect tracked accounts whenever possible. A creator can have multiple accounts across platforms, and those accounts feed Creator Hub analytics and payout calculations.
Choose the onboarding mode
You can manage a creator off-platform or invite the creator to the creator platform.
Use off-platform management when your team handles communication directly and only needs the creator record for reporting, assignments, and payouts.
Use an invitation when the creator needs to join the creator platform, complete onboarding, or participate through the platform flow. Creator statuses show whether a creator joined, received an invitation, rejected an invitation, or has not been invited yet. For the earlier discovery and shortlist step, see the creator sourcing workflow.
Assign creators to campaigns
Assign creators to campaigns from the creator record or campaign workflow. Assignments connect tracked content to the correct campaign rules.
Before you assign a creator, confirm that:
- The creator record uses the right email address.
- The creator's tracked accounts are connected.
- The campaign payout rules are final.
- The creator understands which accounts or videos count for the campaign.
Use internal notes
Internal notes are for your team's creator relationship context. Use them for details such as niche, communication preferences, content strengths, or follow-up reminders.
Do not add private payment credentials, passwords, or sensitive personal data to notes.
Archive or remove creators
Archive creators when you no longer work with them but want to preserve past campaign history. Delete a creator only when you do not need the record for future review.
Archived creators stay out of active workflows while historical campaign and payout context remains easier to audit.
