Pay creators through their campaign, early while a period runs, or with a one-off payout, and follow each payout through approval to the creator.
Creator Hub pays a creator in one of three ways: through their campaign, early while a billing period is still running, or with a one-off payout outside any campaign. Every payout through Talentir, your payout provider, then waits for your team's approval before the creator can claim it.

A campaign is the normal way to pay. You set the payout rules once, assign your creators, and viral.app calculates each billing period's payout from their tracked videos. When a period ends, its payout moves to the Due tab, and you pay it from there.
Two more options cover what the period-end payout doesn't: paying before the period is over, and paying outside a campaign altogether.
Each kind goes through the same last step. Initiate Payout sends it to Talentir, where a person on your Talentir team approves it, and the creator then claims it from an email link (see After you initiate a payout). If you already paid the creator another way, choose Mark as Paid instead: the payout is recorded as paid, and the creator gets a "Payout sent" notice.
Mark as Paid is not offered for creators you hired through the marketplace: they are paid through Talentir in every currency it supports. Campaigns in a currency Talentir does not pay out (CNY, JPY, KRW, THB, IDR, VND, or RUB) can only be settled with Mark as Paid.
Creator Hub sorts payouts into these tabs:
Upcoming: the running billing period of each active assignment. It can't be paid yet, except early.Due: finished periods, ready to pay.Awaiting Approval: payouts you initiated that nobody has approved on Talentir yet. The tab only appears while there are any.Canceled: periods your team canceled. You can reinstate them.Paid: every other payout you initiated or recorded, with its current status.Payouts that calculate to zero stay hidden until you turn on Show zero-amount payouts.
A billing period's payout becomes due the day after the period ends. Flat bonuses in Highest Tier mode are the exception: they wait until a video's eligibility window closes before they pay. Creator campaigns explains the eligibility window and which videos count.
If a payout is missing, check that the creator is assigned to the campaign, the video is tracked and eligible for the campaign, and the payout period has closed. A payout of zero only shows with Show zero-amount payouts turned on.
Click Review & Initiate Payout on a row in the Due tab. The dialog opens on an overview of the creator, campaign, and billing period; tick Skip this step next time if you don't need it. Then:
The total must be greater than zero. Payouts through Talentir also carry the payout management fee described in Payout provider fees; payouts you record with Mark as Paid don't. If nothing is owed for a period, choose Cancel Payout in the row menu instead.
To pay several creators at once, select up to 50 due payouts and click Initiate Batch Payout in the selection bar. Batch payouts use the calculated amounts as they are. Open a payout on its own when you need to customize it first.
A running period's payout normally becomes due once the period ends. To pay before that, open Upcoming Payouts and use the Pay Partially button on the creator's row, or choose Pay & End in the row menu. The dialog first asks how to pay, because that decides what the calculation covers:
The calculation, customization, and review steps work as for any other payout. A partial payment can't be more than the period has earned so far, minus earlier partial payments. If partial payments already cover everything the period earned, its payout comes to zero, and viral.app closes the period three days after it ends. A period that has already ended is paid in full from the Due tab.
For example, a creator has earned $800 by the 15th, and you pay $500 with Pay the rest when the period ends. If the period finishes at $1,200, the Due tab shows $700.
Owners, admins, and members can pay early; viewers don't see the option. Your own tools can do the same through the API: see Pay a creator early and Settle a billing window early.
Use a one-off payout when the campaign's rules don't produce what you owe, such as a bonus for a strong month, a correction, or a separate deal on a single video. It doesn't need an assignment and belongs to no billing period.
Click Quick Payout in the Payouts toolbar, available on every tab, and choose Custom Payout or Video Payout.
Pays a creator any amount you enter. Choose the creator and the amount, and optionally link it to their current campaign so it counts toward that campaign's spend. The optional invoice item description becomes the line on the creator's invoice and in their payout email.
A custom payout is never deducted from a campaign payout: if it pays for the running period, that period's calculated payout still becomes due in full at its end. To pay part of a running period instead, use Pay early.
In the Paid tab, a custom payout is labeled Custom Payout under its date.
Pays a creator for specific videos at terms of their own. Pick the creator and the videos from their tracked accounts, then choose how to price them:
If the creator's campaign already covers the videos, choose how the payout relates to it:
You then see the breakdown, can adjust the line items, and initiate or record the payout like any other. The spend counts toward the campaign whose terms you used, otherwise toward the creator's campaign. In the Paid tab, a video payout is labeled Custom Payout with the number of videos it paid, for example Custom Payout · 3 videos.

There are three ways to end a creator's campaign, depending on what you still want to pay:
When you unassign, pick how the assignment ends:
An end on the last day of a billing period stops the creator's earnings after that period, and in the usual case nothing needs to be canceled. Any other day shortens the period it falls in: that period becomes the assignment's final one and is due the day after the end, with a fixed salary paid pro rata for the days up to the end. With Today, the dialog shows what the creator has earned so far, due tomorrow: pay it from the Due tab, or cancel it there if you paid the creator another way. To pay it right away instead, click Pay & end now in the dialog, which opens Pay early with Settle and end today selected.
If the end you pick is on or before the assignment's start, the assignment is deleted entirely; the dialog warns "Assignment will be deleted". Today on an assignment that started today removes it the same way, and nothing becomes due. If you already paid the creator toward that assignment on its first day, Today is unavailable, because an assignment with a payout can't be removed.
To pay for the running period in advance, use Pay early: what you pay there is deducted from the period's payout. A one-off payout is not deducted, so the period's calculated payout still becomes due in full at its end; cancel it in the Due tab then. Cancel only after you have scheduled the end: a canceled period, like a paid one, gets in the way of ending the assignment any earlier. Once a shortened final period is paid or canceled, the end is final and can no longer be moved or cleared.
Delete entirely is unavailable once a paid payout period overlaps the assignment, because paid records are permanent. Canceled periods block it too, unless you confirm that they may be removed together with the assignment. For a creator whose assignment has already ended, the row menu offers Delete Assignment instead; when paid payouts block it, the dialog says so and the assignment stays in the creator's history.
To automate ending assignments, use the unassign endpoint; its endBasis: "today" is Today, and endBasis: "custom" with an endDate takes any day.
After you initiate a payout, Talentir's secure approval screen opens in a new window. Review the payout there and approve it; viral.app waits for the approval and shows when creators can claim, without leaving the page you're on. If your browser blocks the window, open it from the dialog. The Talentir page explains the wallet, the daily allowance, and the claim flow.
Payouts you initiated but haven't approved yet wait in the Awaiting Approval tab, which only appears while there are any. Approve All reviews every waiting payout and approves them together in one session, up to 50 at a time. To approve fewer, choose Approve on Talentir in a row's menu, or select rows and click Approve Payouts in the selection bar. If your Talentir balance can't cover them, viral.app offers to approve only what it covers, or shows the bank details for a top-up first. Approve All Anyway approves them all regardless, for example when the balance shown is out of date.
The person approving must be a member of your Talentir team. To start the approval from viral.app, they also need at least the member role in your workspace. Invite additional approvers from your Talentir team settings if finance or ops teammates handle approvals.
Once approved, a payout moves from the Awaiting Approval tab to the Paid tab, which shows where it sits at Talentir. Filter the Paid tab by status to find the ones that need your team.
Payouts you recorded with Mark as Paid have no Talentir status: they read Marked as paid, with Processed Manually as the provider. Under its period, each row also names payouts that aren't a campaign period's: Partial Payout for paying early, and Custom Payout for one-off payouts.
Choose Withdraw Payout in a payout's row menu while it awaits approval (in the Awaiting Approval tab), or after it expired or was deleted (in the Paid tab). Nothing is paid. For a campaign payout, choose whether its billing period moves back to Due, ready to pay again, or is canceled because nothing is owed; you can bring a canceled period back later with Reinstate Payout in the Canceled tab. A withdrawn payout can no longer be reissued.
An approved payout can't be withdrawn from viral.app. If the creator hasn't claimed it yet, cancel it in the Talentir dashboard (Open Talentir Dashboard in the row menu); viral.app then shows it as deleted. Once the creator has claimed it, the transfer can't be stopped.
To pay an expired or deleted payout after all, choose Reissue Payment. The creator gets a new claim link once you approve the new payout.
A payout waiting for approval turns amber on the Payouts page and in the sidebar after a few minutes, and red after two days. Only unapproved payouts lead to a hold; due payouts never do. The clock starts when a payout has waited 7 days for approval, or when a payout expires or is deleted on Talentir before anyone approved it.
Seven days after that (two weeks after you initiated the payout), viral.app places a soft hold: you can't accept marketplace applications, publish jobs, or assign creators to campaigns until the open items are settled. Two weeks later it becomes a full account hold. The workspace then keeps only Payouts, Chat, Organization settings, the API page, and the payout integration page, and every other page shows what is outstanding.
Approving, reissuing, or withdrawing the open items lifts the hold within a minute, and you never need to resubscribe for that.
Creators receive a claim link by email when a payout is ready for them to claim. The claiming page lets creators choose their preferred payout method when multiple methods are available. Your team does not need to collect payout method details in Creator Hub.
If a creator loses the email, open the payout's row actions in the Paid tab to Copy Claim Link or Resend Claim Email. Claim links are safe to share with the creator directly: Talentir verifies the recipient before paying out. Creators with a viral.app account also find every approved payout under Payouts in their workspace.

An owner or admin connects Talentir, the payout provider behind Creator Hub, under Payout Provider. You need an active plan but no sales call. Talentir then verifies your business once, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and the owner of your Talentir team sets a daily allowance. See Connect your team.
No. Every creator in your workspace can be paid, including creators you added yourself who never signed up to viral.app. The creator gets a claim link by email and signs in with their email address on the claim page. Creators you hire through the marketplace arrive ready to be paid.
Payouts through Talentir go out in USD, EUR, CHF, or GBP, one currency per campaign, to creators in more than 180 countries. A creator can receive another currency: Talentir converts it at the rate shown on the claim page, which only offers the methods that work for the creator's country and bank. Yes. Open the payout's row menu in the Paid tab and choose Export Breakdown CSV. It lists every rule, line item, and video behind the amount, which is usually what a creator or your finance team wants to see.

That depends on the method they pick when they claim. Stablecoins arrive in minutes, PayPal and Venmo usually within the hour, and bank transfers take 1 to 5 business days depending on the rail. See How long does a payout take?.
The money goes back to the creator's balance on Talentir, and they claim it again with corrected details or another method. Usually the bank details have a typo, or the account name doesn't match their profile. Point the creator to the support chat on the claim page.
Every completed payout has a sender invoice for you and a recipient invoice in the creator's name. Download both from the payout's row menu in the Paid tab. See For finance and legal teams.
A flat 3% payout management fee on each payout, charged to you on top of the payout and never deducted from the creator. It is separate from your plan. Creators pay a method fee only for some methods, such as PayPal or SWIFT. See Fees.
By bank transfer to the deposit details on the Payout Provider page, over SEPA, UK Faster Payments, US ACH or wire, or SWIFT. Top-ups are free and usually arrive within 24 hours. Send them from an account in your company's name; cards are not accepted. If finance needs an invoice before it sends the money, Talentir can issue one for the top-up amount. See Fund the wallet.
A spending limit that the owner of your Talentir team sets. Approved payouts leave the wallet automatically until the day's limit is used up, and viral.app warns you at 75%. See The daily allowance.
No. Every payout through Talentir waits until a person on your Talentir team approves it, and an API key can't approve one. After approval, the daily allowance caps how much leaves per day.
viral.app emails your team a daily digest of due payouts and payouts waiting for approval, plus a summary when payouts complete; each teammate can switch these emails off. Every payout action, from initiation to the status changes on Talentir, is kept in the audit log for 365 days. For Slack or other tools, build a flow on the API.
Talentir, as Merchant of Record. It pays creators in its own name, issues the invoices, verifies each payee, and screens them against sanctions lists.
Talentir. As Merchant of Record, it is liable if a creator works without a required business or self-employment registration.
