About the app

The app is an Australian tool for senior professionals. You paste a CV and a real job ad, and it scores the match, quotes what the ad asks for that the CV doesn't show yet, and drafts a tailored CV and cover letter from the person's real experience.

We pay the same whatever you say. We won't ask you to change your opinion, soften it or reshoot because of it.

Who we're looking for

• You are, or were, a Head of, Director, GM or similar, or you recruit for senior roles in Australia.
• You post under your own name on Instagram or Facebook, with 2,000+ followers, a real Australian audience, and at least 25% of it aged 35+.
• You're not job hunting yourself right now.

What you'll make

One video, 60 to 120 seconds, on your own account. Try the app on a real senior job ad and say what you think: what it got right, what it missed, and whether you'd use it.

The details

• Post within 14 days of being hired and keep the video up for at least 60 days.
• Put the tracked link we give you in your caption or bio.
• Paid a flat US$300 through viral.app once the video is live. We're hiring 2 to 3 creators.
• We won't reuse your video in our own ads without asking you and agreeing a separate fee.

The rules

• Turn on the platform's Paid partnership label, start the caption with "Paid partnership with the brand", and say it on camera in the first few seconds.
• Don't call it an independent, unsponsored or unpaid review. Recruiters: say it's your own view, not your agency's.
• Don't say or imply you, or anyone, got an interview, offer or job through the app, or that it works for everyone. No "beats the ATS", "accurate ATS score", "what recruiters see" or time-saved claims.
• If you mention price: the CV check is free, the first tailored CV and cover letter are free, then it's A$15 for 7 days or A$39 a month.
• Use your own CV or the sample CV we send you. Never use anyone else's. Blur names, phone numbers, emails and current employers on screen. For the job ad, use one from an employer's own careers page and blur any recruiter's name or contact details.
• A real person on camera. No AI presenters.
• Send a short outline before you film and the finished video before you post. We check both against these rules only.

How to apply

Send your LinkedIn profile, your follower count, a screenshot of your audience's age and location, and one past post about careers, hiring or leadership. We delete the screenshots once we've chosen. Before you apply, try the app on a real job ad and tell us in a line or two what you thought. If it's not for you, no hard feelings.
