The brief

The app helps drivers get prepared before a crash happens. It explains the insurance they already have, guides crash documentation and keeps driving documents organized. Show one useful thing you can do before you need it.

Who the videos are for

  • U.S. drivers aged 18+, especially adult new drivers, and parents helping them prepare.
  • The app is not available for South Dakota drivers. It is educational and organizational software, not a law firm or insurance company.

Goal and key messages

  • Help viewers understand why they might download the app before an accident.
  • Understand your current coverage in plain English; the app does not sell insurance.
  • Have a guided way to collect a crash record if needed.
  • Keep your insurance card, registration and vehicle information together.

Video ideas

  • “Would you know what to collect after a crash?” Show a simulated crash-report walkthrough while safely parked.
  • “I knew my deductible, but not what my coverage meant.” Demonstrate entering example coverage and reading the explanation.
  • “Help an adult new driver get prepared.” Show a quick glove-box setup with fictional documents.
  • “Three things I prepared before my next drive.” Pick one benefit and show it in the app rather than listing every feature.

Format and requirements

  • Make 3 original short videos per creator per paid week for 2 weeks, for TikTok and Instagram under the campaign's platform rules.
  • Film vertically (9:16), under 30 seconds, and show the app for at least 3 seconds. Use clear English captions and your own natural voice.
  • Start with a practical question, demonstrate one task, and finish with an invitation to find the app on the App Store.
  • Use only fictional or fully redacted documents; never expose policy numbers, addresses, faces or license plates belonging to others.
  • Never film while driving, stage a real collision or imply the app replaces emergency services. Label crash demonstrations as simulations.
  • Disclose the paid partnership clearly using applicable platform disclosure tools.
  • Do not claim guaranteed savings, claim payments, legal outcomes or recovery amounts. Do not offer individual legal advice.
  • Do not promote a working attorney directory: the current App Store release notes say the full directory is coming soon.

Payment and start

  • Compensation is performance-only under the campaign's displayed pay-per-view formula, video milestone bonuses and limits. There is no base pay, salary or retainer.
  • Paid weeks run Monday–Sunday and start the Monday after the owner hires the first creators.
  • Recruitment approval is not a hiring decision. The owner selects creators separately in Applications.

Payment

Creators get performance payouts based on CPM rates applied per video: From 200 to 999,999 views, a rate of $0.50 / 1,000 views is paid. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Creators get bonus payouts applied per video. Unlocked tiers are aggregated. At least 50,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $50.00. At least 100,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $100.00. At least 250,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $250.00. At least 500,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $450.00. At least 1,000,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $850.00. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Bonuses are paid immediately once performance tiers are reached. Performance payouts stop at $200.00 every week; base payout and fixed salary are not affected. Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. When your videos earn more than it in a week, the brand pays the rest separately, up to $1349.90 per video, once it has funded that amount. The campaign is funded week by week and can end after any week; views after the campaign ends are not paid.

Schedule and audience

  • Campaign length: 2 weeks, Monday to Sunday (UTC). Your start date is confirmed when you are hired.
  • Videos per creator each week: 3.
  • Video languages: en.
  • Target markets: USA.

Who should apply

Proposed criteria for owner review: creators must be 18+, live in the United States outside South Dakota, and own the TikTok or Instagram account used. Assess original on-camera work and clear app demonstrations, not follower counts, earnings or appearance. Review 3–10 available videos for truthful explanations, natural delivery and safe filming. Request audience-location evidence showing a primarily U.S. audience; residence alone is not proof. Content must speak to adult drivers (18+) and parents helping adult new drivers, not recruit minors. No minimum follower count or paid-campaign history. A thin portfolio is not automatic rejection; request a relevant sample or consider a small performance-only trial within the approved campaign. No repost or AI-content aggregation accounts. Creators must accept disclosure, privacy and safety requirements and avoid legal, insurance-sales or guaranteed-outcome claims. Missing audience or portfolio evidence needs clarification, not a negative assessment. Each hire or rejection needs the owner's separate decision.
