The Ambassador Program

For creators ready to move beyond scripts and help us build the content strategy itself.

We're looking for the face of the new US account. We are an online music lesson platform that connects students of all levels with qualified teachers for personalized 1:1 lessons in voice, guitar, piano and more.

This is a bit different from a typical UGC job: you'll set up a brand-new US account from scratch (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) and become its recurring face.

What is an Ambassador?

The Ambassador is a hybrid: part strategic social media manager, part creator. You independently manage the account, decode what's working in the US market, proactively request the materials or assets you need from us, and test new formats using our existing library (scripts, hooks, AI-generated audio, personas).

We're looking for autonomy and initiative. You help shape the content strategy, not just execute it.

What you'll be doing

• Creating the account from scratch and building it up
• Creating content and posting the same video across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube (no need to create separate content per platform)
• Independently managing the account: posting schedule, captions and hashtags at your discretion
• Testing the formats that come out of the concepts, user insights and detailed audience analysis we share with you
• Ongoing trend tracking and format testing in the US market
• A short bi-weekly insight summary (written, 3–5 bullet points) before your check-in call: which formats/hooks performed best, what's trending in the US market, and one suggestion for what to test next
• A recurring 15-minute check-in call every 2 weeks to align on progress and priorities

Base compensation

A guaranteed monthly base fee, structured around your posting tempo:

• 5 videos/week: $500/month
• 1 video/day (7 videos/week): $750/month

Performance bonus

On top of your base fee, every video is eligible for a performance bonus, paid on whichever track performs better (Views or Engagement, never combined). Performance is evaluated 2 weeks after posting.

• 50K+ views: $50
• 100K+ views: $100
• 250K+ views: $150
• 500K+ views: $250
• 1M+ views: $400

Engagement track (eligible engagement)

• 100+: $30
• 300+: $50
• 500+: $85
• 1,000+: $150
• 2,000+: $250
• 5,000+: $400

Why two tracks? Our goal isn't just reach, it's finding content that actually converts. A video that reaches a smaller, highly engaged audience is often just as valuable to us as one that goes wide. Because you already have experience, our bonus thresholds start lower than our standard creator program (50K vs. 100K entry point), giving you more frequent payout opportunities.

Who we're looking for

• Based in the US, creating content in English
• Experienced creator who understands what works on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable on camera and genuinely into music
• You follow pop music trends and know the artists and songs people are talking about
• Self-driven: you bring ideas, test them and report back

Nice to have: you sing or play an instrument. It's a plus, not a requirement :)
