Payment

Creators get performance payouts based on CPM rates applied per video: From 200 to 999,999 views, a rate of $0.50 / 1,000 views is paid. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Creators get bonus payouts applied per video. Unlocked tiers are aggregated. At least 50,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $50.00. At least 100,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $100.00. At least 250,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $250.00. At least 500,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $450.00. At least 1,000,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $850.00. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Bonuses are paid immediately once performance tiers are reached. Performance payouts stop at $200.00 every week; base payout and fixed salary are not affected. Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. When your videos earn more than it in a week, the brand pays the rest separately, up to $1349.90 per video, once it has funded that amount. The campaign is funded week by week and can end after any week; views after the campaign ends are not paid.

Who should apply

Proposed criteria for review: creators must live in the United States and make clear English videos. Verify account ownership and assess 3–10 original videos for understandable demonstrations, natural delivery and accurate health messaging; no repost, clipper or AI-repost accounts. Request audience-location evidence showing a US-majority audience separately from residence; missing evidence needs review, not automatic rejection. No minimum follower, view or earnings threshold. A thin portfolio may be considered based on original sample quality. Creators must be willing to use sample health data, distinguish Premium features, disclose sponsorship and avoid medical or fertility-outcome promises. Apple Watch access is required only for wrist-focused videos. Every hiring or rejection decision is made by the owner in Applications.
