Hey everyone! We're hiring 5 creators to run dedicated accounts by posting short-form job-search content.

Pay

• $16 per video guaranteed, performance or not, with no minimum — every video goes to both TikTok and Instagram and each post pays $4, from post one. We're asking for 8–12 videos/month (16–24 posts), which is about $128–192 before a single view

• $1.00 per 1,000 views flat, from view one — TikTok and Instagram views both count, so the same video earns on two platforms

• Per-video cap $400, hit at 400k views

• +$250 when a video passes 500k — paid on top of the cap, not inside it. A 500k views pays $650.

• No monthly cap. No minimum views, and no minimum video count.

• Posts keep earning for 90 days, so your monthly total grows with your back catalogue!

• Rolling, no fixed term. Either side can walk at any time — you're paid for everything published up to that day, and you keep the accounts.

How views are counted: everything runs through viral.app — automatic sync from the platform APIs, your running total visible to you in real time, same number we pay from. Paid monthly: period closes, we release the payout and you get a claim link to pick how you want to receive money. No invoicing.

You write your own hooks. We're not handing you a template library. What you get instead is our pain-point library — every frustration this product solves, researched and written in the language job seekers actually use. We give you the problem but the hook is yours.

You also get: free unlimited platform account, the account warm-up protocol, feedback before you post through month one and full portfolio rights to everything you make.

Requirements: 2–3 videos/week, dedicated TikTok + IG account with our name in the bio, on camera (not faceless), US only, and you actually use the product on real job ads. Any follower count is welcome - we've had good results from accounts under 500.
