The app is an AI resume builder that helps job seekers get past the screening software companies use to filter applications, so more of them actually land interviews. Over 4.5 million people have used it, and it does the tedious parts for you: an AI agent that writes, scores, and tailors your whole resume in one chat, a keyword scanner that catches what your resume is missing from any job posting, and a mock interview tool that gives you scored feedback before the real thing.

Creators' audiences care because almost everyone has felt it: applying to dozens of jobs and hearing nothing back, getting rejected in minutes, not knowing why. That frustration is universal and highly relatable on short-form. The app is the thing people reach for once they realize the resume was the problem.

What you'll do

• Make short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Facebook) from the perspective of a job seeker, in one of four personas: recent grad, developer, seasoned professional switching back into the market, or career changer. Pick the one closest to your real story.
• Lead with a scroll-stopping hook. We want range: from grounded and candid ("i have a bachelor's degree and just got rejected from target") to loud and unhinged ("applied to 400 jobs today, got rejected before i finished my coffee"). The hook earns the watch time. Hold the product reveal until mid-video, once the pain has landed.
• Angles that work: ranking the tools you used, the moment you found out why you were getting rejected, walking through a resume fix on screen, practicing for an interview. Show the product doing real work rather than just naming it.
• Posting cadence: one video per day, five per week (this is for a 2-week trial, can expand to two per day (per week) once onboarded to the full creator program).

How we work together

Your campaign manager reviews your videos throughout the campaign, checking for consistency, quality, and whether you're hitting the brief. We're looking for creators who can reliably turn out sharp, native content, and yes, we want hooks that can actually pop. You'll upload finished videos un-watermarked to a shared folder on a set cadence, and we'll give quick feedback so each one gets sharper. Everything runs through Viral, from communication to payouts, and we ask that you reply within 24 hours. Base retainer for completing your videos, plus view bonuses if one takes off. Prove yourself and you move into the official program, where retainers and bonuses scale up.
