About the product

The app is for everyday athletes who want to keep getting stronger, moving better, and doing the activities they love.

Our audience often sits at a desk during the day and runs, lifts, or plays sport outside work. They care about their training, but don’t always know what mobility or supporting exercises to do. Some have recurring discomfort or an old injury that makes them hold back, skip movements, or train around the problem.

The app brings together movement assessments, and physician crafted guided strength and mobility routines to help them understand what to work on.

We’re looking for creators who can make that experience feel relatable. You don’t need to be a professional athlete or mobility expert, being comfortable showing your real training life matters more.

What you'll do

• Create short, vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. We’re interested in several different styles:
• Relatable training stories: sitting all day, preparing for an evening workout, or getting frustrated when something holds you back.
• Movement demonstrations: useful drills, athletic movements, and approachable variations.
• App demonstrations: trying an app movement assessment or showing how a routine fits into your training.
• Goal-driven content: working toward a race, a stronger lift, or getting back to a sport you enjoy.

We want to test different openings, stories, and visuals. Every video doesn’t need an assessment score or the same script. Bring your personality and ideas.

We’ll start with 14 original videos over a 2 week paid pilot, published on the Instagram and/or TikTok accounts agreed before you begin. Posting the same video on both platforms counts as one original video.

You’ll receive app access, a walkthrough, a clear brief, example videos, brand assets, and suggested hooks. We’ll help you understand the product and plan your first content.

A huge following isn’t required. Please share your accounts or a few examples of your work when applying.

How we work together

You’ll have one point of contact, with communication kept in the hiring platform’s messages. We’ll also provide a shared folder for briefs, references, and submissions.

Before filming, send us a short idea: your opening, what you’ll show, and how the video will end. Once we agree on the concept, you can film in your own style. We'll give you a structure of several concepts / ideas and reference creators + content pieces before kickoff, so you'll have a good starting point as well.

Submit your draft before posting. We’ll aim to respond within 2-6 hours with one consolidated round of specific feedback. New concepts or extra filming beyond the agreed brief will be discussed separately.
