Creator Manager for a multi-niche brand

About the Role We are looking for a creative and structured Creator Manager to supercharge our UGC and content creator network. Your main focus will be coming up with high-converting video concepts and writing clear, actionable briefs for our creators and UGC managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Idea Generation: Brainstorm engaging, trend-aware, and platform-native video concepts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Brief Writing: Draft clear, concise, and easy-to-follow video briefs (hooks, visual directions, CTAs, tone guidelines) for creators to execute seamlessly.
• Creator Support: Guide creators and internal UGC managers to ensure content hits performance goals while maintaining creative authenticity.
• Trend Analysis: Keep a pulse on short-form video trends, viral formats, and audience hook patterns to continually iterate on ideas.
