About our health app

The app is where you go to get help with the job of being a patient. we bring your whole health history into one place so you can spot patterns, walk into appointments prepared, and get real support in a system that wasn't built for you. it was built for your provider's chart, your insurer's risk model, your employer's benefits budget.

this is for creators who've been dismissed, bounced between specialists, or left to piece together their own care alone. you don't need a diagnosis or a named condition. you just need a real story about struggling to get support and coming out the other side more in control.

The ask: 20 sec video

• 1. Please download the app (it’s free) and try it out!

1. Describe your health condition (ie. migraines, endo, pcos, autoimmune disorders, etc.)
2. Describe what you are struggling with (ie. being tossed around in the health system with no clear answers, misdiagnosed, medical gaslighting, paperwork and lab test overload, etc.)
3. How does the health app support you without judgement? (Ie. It gives me answers between appointments, It helps me track and manage my symptoms, I can speak to a live concierge for support from home, I can safely store all my health documents and lab results etc.)
4. Show the app in the background so the audience can see what it looks like.
5. Tag us in the video

• talking head, lifestyle and vlog, product reviews, day in the life of, and storytelling formats are accepted
• we provide scripts to help guide you

How we work together

• pay is $30 per video (there's opportunities to do multiple videos)

• videos are reviewed before payout + you'll need to share on your account and tag us

• BONUS: $1,000 if any single video crosses 1,000,000 views
