The brief

Creator Brief

What is the app?

The app is a completely free mobile app that rewards users for their sports knowledge.

Users compete with friends, climb leaderboards and earn the app's in-app currency—which can be converted into real cash rewards.

The app also includes:

  • Private Leagues with friends
  • Mini-games
  • Surveys and videos
  • Referrals and social rewards
  • Partner offers, including a Revolut offer worth $25+

With Private Leagues, users create a 7, 15 or 30-day competition, invite their friends and compete on a live leaderboard. The top three players share the prize pool.

Think of it as: your sports knowledge finally pays off.

The type of content we want

We don’t want traditional 30-second ads that start with:

“Guys, I need to tell you about this amazing app…”

People immediately recognize that as an ad and scroll away.

Instead, create entertaining concepts that could generate views even without the promotional element. The app should appear naturally as part of the story or as the solution to a relatable problem.

You can take inspiration from formats that already work for other creators, apps and brands—then adapt them to sports culture and the app.

We encourage you to test different formats:

  • Storytelling
  • Friend-group challenges
  • Sports debates and hot takes
  • POVs and comedy sketches
  • Street interviews
  • Group chat stories
  • “Who knows more?” challenges
  • Multi-day experiments
  • Recurring content series
  • Reactions and app demonstrations

Be creative and experiment. Your videos should not all follow the same structure.

What should you focus on?

The main hook should not always be money. Rewards are part of the app, but the strongest content focuses on:

  • Competing with friends
  • Proving your sports knowledge
  • Finding out who’s the GOAT
  • Climbing the leaderboard
  • Creating a Private League
  • Trash talk and bragging rights
  • Coming back every game day
  • Avoiding finishing last

We want viewers to think:

“I need to send this to my friends.”

Or:

“I know I would beat my entire group.”

Show people why they’ll come back—not only why they should download.

How to introduce the app

Start with the story, not the app.

For example, your friend always claims to know more about sports than everyone else. You tell that story, build the rivalry and then introduce the app as the natural way to settle the argument.

A simple structure you can use:

  1. Hook: Capture attention within two seconds.
  2. Story or problem: Create a relatable situation.
  3. Tension: Add rivalry, consequences or humor.
  4. Solution: Introduce the app naturally.
  5. Proof: Show the app, leaderboard, league or results.
  6. CTA: Invite viewers to download the app and challenge their friends.

This is only a guide. Use your own style and personality.

Important language rules

Social platforms can incorrectly categorize sports-related content, so please follow these rules carefully.

Language to use

  • “An app that rewards your sports knowledge”
  • “Challenge your friends”
  • “Climb the leaderboard”
  • “Start a league with your friends”
  • “Find out who’s the GOAT”
  • “Test your sports IQ”
  • “Compete with your friends”
  • “Turn your sports knowledge into rewards”

Words you must never use

  • Prediction or forecast
  • Bet, wager, odds or stake
  • Sportsbook or bookmaker
  • Betting, gambling or casino
  • “No risk”
  • Any vocabulary associated with sports wagering

You may show the app experience—including games, choices, scores, leagues, leaderboards, rewards and cashouts—but do not verbally explain the game mechanics.

The screen shows the experience. Your voice tells the story.

Video essentials

  • Film in English for a US audience
  • Use a strong hook within the first two seconds
  • Don’t mention the app in the opening sentence
  • Introduce the app naturally within the first 20 seconds
  • Show the app clearly through a screen recording or live demonstration
  • Make the content feel authentic to your usual style
  • Include a clear CTA such as: “Download the app and challenge your friends”
  • Avoid overly scripted or polished promotional language
  • Don’t make easy money the entire concept
  • Don’t use copyrighted music that could restrict the video

How we work together

  • We’ll create a WhatsApp group for quick and easy communication.
  • We’ll use it to exchange every day, answer questions and share feedback.
  • We’ll regularly send you new concepts, trends, hooks and creative ideas to test.
  • Before filming, send us your hook and a short explanation of your concept.
  • Once the concept is approved, create the video and send us the draft.
  • We’ll review it quickly before you publish.
  • We’ll analyze what performs best and develop new variations together.
  • Strong concepts can become recurring formats or multi-video series.

We want this to feel like a real creative collaboration. You bring your personality and understanding of social media; we bring product knowledge, ideas and performance feedback.

Be creative. Tell a story people want to watch. Make them want to challenge their friends—and let the app enter the story naturally.
