What you'll do

You will take full ownership of our creator operations and short-form video strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a goal of building and managing an active roster of 5 creators.

• Develop creative briefs, high-converting hooks, and video angles tailored for mobile gaming and music audiences.
• Scout, onboard, and manage 5 active UGC creators.
• Review creator drafts, provide actionable feedback, and guide account naming and presentation.
• Analyze video performance to refine which gameplay mechanics and voice reactions pop.

Who you are

You are a creative strategist or UGC operator who understands short-form virality inside out. You know what makes viewers stop scrolling in the first three seconds and know how to guide creators to deliver authentic, entertaining gameplay content.
