You will create authentic, high-performing UGC ad videos (9:16 vertical format) designed to run as paid ads on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your goal is to show hands-on workers and trade pros how straightforward it is to wear the headset, record their routine, and earn for approved footage. You will produce and deliver 2 engaging short-form video ads per week.

Who you are

You are a relatable creator who knows how to hook attention in the first three seconds and explain real-world concepts naturally without sounding overly corporate. You feel comfortable on camera and know how to speak directly to people working in trades, services, and practical jobs.
