The brief

The app makes you earn screen time through real exercise. We’re looking for creators to show how it works in a normal day, using the actual iPhone app rather than a staged result.

Goal and audience

  • Help US iPhone users understand exercise-earned app access and decide whether to try the app.
  • Speak to people who keep reaching for distracting apps and want to do something physical first.
  • Show that earned minutes can be saved for later; do not claim this idea is exclusive to the app.

Video ideas

  • “My phone made me do squats before scrolling”: show the blocked app, verified reps, balance and unlock.
  • “Work out now, save scrolling time for later”: show a genuine completed session and the minute bank.
  • A desk-break or study-break story: try pushups, squats or a plank, then explain the exchange rate you actually selected.
  • A light skit about reaching for a blocked app, followed by the real exercise-to-unlock flow.

Requirements

  • Make 3 original videos per creator per paid week, for 2 paid weeks, on TikTok and Instagram under the campaign’s posting rules.
  • English, vertical 9:16, under 30 seconds; show the actual app clearly for at least 3 seconds.
  • Open with the blocked-app or exercise moment. Use your own words and show real results; don’t copy a script or another person’s video.
  • Use the correct app on the App Store.
  • Be honest about the free trial and yearly Pro subscription. Do not call it permanently free or invent a price or trial length.
  • No promised weight loss, treatment of addiction, guaranteed screen-time reduction, or claim that an iPhone cannot bypass blocking.
  • Camera verification is on-device and frames aren’t stored or sent, according to the listing; do not say the app sends no data, since anonymous usage statistics are sent.
  • Clearly disclose the paid relationship using applicable platform tools and ad disclosures. Keep personal notifications and other people’s data off screen.

Payment and timing

  • Compensation is performance-only using the campaign’s displayed view formula and milestone bonuses, with no base pay, salary or retainer.
  • Paid weeks start when the owner hires the first creator, not when recruitment is published. Hires are chosen separately by the owner.
  • Follow the payment terms shown on the campaign; we are not offering separate fees or guaranteed results.

Payment

Creators get performance payouts based on CPM rates applied per video: From 200 to 999,999 views, a rate of $0.50 / 1,000 views is paid. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Creators get bonus payouts applied per video. Unlocked tiers are aggregated. At least 50,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $50.00. At least 100,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $100.00. At least 250,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $250.00. At least 500,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $450.00. At least 1,000,000 views, cumulative bonus reaches $850.00. Applies to TikTok and Instagram only. Bonuses are paid immediately once performance tiers are reached. Performance payouts stop at $200.00 every week; base payout and fixed salary are not affected. Videos count toward performance payouts for 31 days after publication, including videos published before the payout period. The weekly limit is guaranteed. When your videos earn more than it in a week, the brand pays the rest separately, up to $1349.90 per video, once it has funded that amount. The campaign is funded week by week and can end after any week; views after the campaign ends are not paid.

Schedule and audience

  • Campaign length: 2 weeks, starting the day you are hired.
  • Videos per creator each week: 3.
  • Video languages: en.
  • Target markets: USA.

Who should apply

Proposed criteria for owner review: creators living in the United States, making natural English-language personal videos and able to demonstrate the actual iPhone app and exercise comfortably. Review 3–10 original portfolio videos for clear hooks, understandable app demonstrations and accurate claims. Request recent audience-location evidence showing a majority-US audience; residence alone is not proof. If evidence is missing, request it before a hiring recommendation. No minimum follower count, earnings or prior sponsorship threshold; a thin but promising portfolio remains eligible. Confirm ownership of the posting account and original personal content; exclude repost/clipper or AI-aggregation accounts. Assess fitness, everyday lifestyle or focus/study/work content as possible contexts, not mandatory niche credentials. Every hire or rejection is a separate owner decision in Applications.
